The consortium of the Erasmus+ project „CHED – Chess platform for deaf people” (project number 613577-EPP-1-2019-1-RO-SPO-SCP) reached another important goal: finalized the innovative platform development and the non-formal training.

Hosted on Moodle, the platform includes all the project deliverables, as the report, the curriculum, the lists of skills and the training material. The platform is designed to be user-friendly and it’s accessible by registering an account or by enter as guest. A prior test it’s available for each module, so that everyone can know their pre-training skills. After the end of the module, there are two kinds of assessments: one about the course (to give feedback) and one about the skills (this one is available only for registered trainees). The registered trainees need to pass the assessment of skills to get the attestation certificate. You can read more about the assessment here.

The platform and its contents are available in English and in each language of the countries member of the Consortium, which are Italian, Romanian, Armenian, Greek, Turkish and Polish.

Deaf people and chess/sport experts of each country had the chance to test the platform and give their important opinion, helping the Consortium to improve the project instrument and to promote a greater positive impact.

If you want to take a look too, you can access the platform here.
